Kamasan B405 Subsurface/emerger – round bend/Short shank

Popular for use for Buzzers/midge patterns, both emergers & adults. Aswell as Hopper patterns and S/shank nymphs  requiring extra gape for hook point clearance when trout in top of water feeding and just below.  Forged to strengthen the hook so wire is light enough to keep patterns in surface but be strong for it’s popularity on reservoirs & the like. Suitable also for traditional flies/patterns were round bend profile and hook wire would be advantage to fishers e.g. midsummer evenings in caddis hatches, in flat calms or fishing dry daddy’s.
