Kamasan B401 Whisker Barb – smaller dry flies, midges & emergers
Whisker barbed version of the B400 for Buzzers/midge patterns, both emergers & dries in smaller hook sizes. Nymphs, terrestrials even hoppers etc. in or on the surface film requiring extra gape for hook point clearance. A good Down eye Dry Fly Hook around from mid 80’s. Designed to tie smaller (down to 18’s) and achieve swift hooking of fish on surface that are often taking flies quickly. The Whisker barb also enables releasing fish just as swiftly without being totally barbless.
