Description
These hen saddles are a soft, webby, very versatile hackle often sought after by traditional tiers.
Sizing around 6-12, these pelts are not graded inasmuch they are judged on their colour and their genetic lineage.
Feathers will have broken tips and marks and the overall pelt size varies but mainly the dimensions are 4″ x 7″.
Ideally would do collar on lough flies and river wets.
